Kidoodle.tv to the Rescue (and A Giveaway) - #KidoodleMom

With two older sisters, my 7 year old son, is constantly watching t.v. programs that are not appropriate for his age group.  The sassiness on some of those teen shows just blows my mind.  With having two teen sisters, he's already learning things that my oldest at seven was not exposed too.  I try my best to make sure his time is better spent by playing games with him and doing crafts, but sometimes we both need some time alone to watch our own "shows".

When I heard of Kidoodle.tv, I knew I could finally take control of what Anthony is watching.

So, I signed up for the 14 day trial (you can too, here's the link

Here are some cool features of Kidoodle.tv:

  • Kidoodle.TV is a safe, ad-free streaming video service that you can customize for your kids (up to 5) according to your, and their, preferences.  Choose content based on your child’s age or on a show-by-show basis
  • Time limits can be placed on viewing through the secure Parents Room, allowing families to balance the time spent on Kidoodle.TV with other important activities
  • Watch Kidoodle.TV on the go – just need access to the Web.

Look at how concentrated he his on the screen.  Love it!

These are some of the shows that Anthony has been watching on Kidoodle.tv... I may or may not have gotten excited to see some them too ;)
  • George of the Jungle (one of my all-time favourites)
  • Inspector Gadget
  • G.I. Joe
  • Transformers - Rescue Bots
And whole bunch more... I didn't worry about what shows he clicked to watch, because I set up his account, what he could watch and how long he could watch them for. Perfect right?
