RECIPE: Simple Asparagus Soup

I'm pretty sure I've already professed my love for Asparagus, but this time of year, I-JUST-CAN'T-GET-ENOUGH!!   This particular recipe came to me via a sweet old lady at a Weight Watchers meeting I attended many many years ago.  All you WW peeps, correct me if I'm wrong but this would be a 1 point meal... right? Or at least it's a low points meal.



This recipe is sooo simple, you can not get it wrong.

simple asparagus recipe with two ingredients, perfect for weight watchers points


Two Ingredients:

A bunch of asparagus
1 Box of Chicken Broth.

What you do..
  1. Boil asparagus in the broth for about 15 minutes.  When fork tender, place in blender and puree.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!!
